本应用尊重并保护所有使用JGZ服务的用户的个人隐私权。为了给您提供更准确、更有个性化的服务，本应用会按照本隐私条款的规定使用和披露您的个人信息。本应用将以高度的勤勉、审慎的态度对待您的个人信息。除本隐私条款另有规定外，在未征得您事先许可的情况下，本应用不会将这些信息对外披露或向第三方提供。本应用会不时更新本隐私条款。您在同意本应用服务使用协议之时，即视为您已经同意本隐私条款全部内容。本隐私条款属于本应用服务使用协议不可分割的一部分。
以下将列举出JGZ服务所可能涉及收集的所有用户信息，但不代表我们必然依据以下适用范围的全部内容进行信息收集， 当且仅当您使用特定功能、服务时，相应的用户信息收集才将依照如下的使用方式和范围被触发，当您不需要使用特定功能、服务时，我们将不会进行信息收集。我们可能收集如下信息：
1.1.1 您在注册账户时提供的信息：我们至少会收集您的账户昵称、密码、头像、个人简介等信息。为了满足相关法律法规的网络实名制要求，您需要向我们提供手机号码等能证实您真实身份的信息，此类信息属于敏感信息，我们会尽最大努力保护您的信息，若不提供该信息，您可能无法正常使用我们的相关服务。
1.1.2 您在参加有关问卷调查、线上活动、营销活动等活动时提供的信息：我们会收集您的姓名、职业、通讯地址、联系方式、支付账号等信息，部分信息属于敏感信息，若您不提供这些信息，可能无法正常参加活动或正式常用服务中的特定功能，但不影响您使用服务中的其他功能。若您主动提供您的个人敏感信息，即表示您同意我们按本条款所述目的和方式来处理您的个人敏感信息。
为了能更好的了解用户的行为，帮助用户解决JGZ服务问题，改进JGZ及其服务，了解用户对JGZ服务中的哪些部分最感兴趣，我们可能会收集您使用服务的相关信息，包括：
1.2.1 日志信息。当您使用我们的产品或服务时，我们可能会自动收集相关信息并存储为服务日志信息。
1.2.2 设备信息：如设备型号、操作系统版本、唯一设备标识符、电池、信号强度、如接入网络的方式、类型和状态、网络质量数据、设备加速器（如重力感应设备）等。
1.2.3 软件信息：如软件的版本号、浏览器类型等。为确保操作环境的安全或提供服务所需，我们会收集有关您使用的移动应用和其他软件的信息。
1.2.4 IP地址。
1.2.5 服务日志信息：如您在使用我们产品或服务时的搜索记录、查看的信息、收听观看记录、您的偏向网络行为、兴趣偏好、服务故障信息、引荐网址等。

2.1 本应用不会向任何无关第三方提供、出售、出租、分享或交易您的个人信息，除非事先得到您的许可，或该第三方和本应用（含本应用关联公司）单独或共同为您提供服务，且在该服务结束后，其将被禁止访问包括其以前能够访问的所有资料。
2.2 本应用亦不允许任何第三方以任何手段收集、编辑、出售或者无偿传播您的个人信息。任何使用本应用的用户如从事上述活动，一经发现，本应用有权立即终止与该用户的服务协议。
2.3 为达到服务用户的目的，本应用可能通过使用您的个人信息，向您提供您感兴趣的信息，包括但不限于向您发出产品和服务信息，或者与本应用合作伙伴共享信息以便他们向您发送有关其产品和服务的信息（后者需要您的事先同意）。
在如下情况下，本应用将依据您的个人意愿或法律的规定全部或部分的披露您的个人信息：

3.2 为提供您所要求的产品和服务，而必须和第三方分享您的个人信息；

3.6 在本应用平台上创建的某一交易中，如交易任何一方履行或部分履行了交易义务并提出信息披露请求的，本应用有权决定向该用户提供其交易对方的联络方式等必要信息，以促成交易的完成或纠纷的解决。
3.7 其它本应用根据法律、法规或者网站政策认为合适的披露。
本应用收集的有关您的信息和资料将保存在本应用及（或）其关联公司的服务器上，这些信息和资料可能传送至您所在国家、地区或本应用收集信息和资料所在地的境外并在境外被访问、存储和展示。
5.1 为使您获得更轻松的访问体验，您访问我们的相关网站或使用我们提供的服务时，我们可能会通过小型数据文件识别您的身份，这么做是帮您省去重复输入注册信息的步骤，或者帮助判断您的账户安全。这些数据文件可能是Cookie，Flash Cookie，或您的浏览器或关联应用程序提供的其他本地存储（统称“Cookie”）。

6.2 在使用本应用网络服务进行网上交易时，您不可避免的要向交易对方或潜在的交易对方披露自己的个人信息，如联络方式或者邮政地址。请您妥善保护自己的个人信息，仅在必要的情形下向他人提供。如您发现自己的个人信息泄密，尤其是本应用用户名及密码发生泄露，请您立即联络本应用客服，以便本应用采取相应措施。
JGZ有权随时修改本隐私条款的任何内容，一旦本服务条款的任何内容发生变动，JGZ将会通过适当方式向用户提示修改内容。若您继续使用我们的服务，即表示同意受经修订的本隐私条款的约束。

The Application respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the JGZ service. In order to provide you with a more accurate and personalised service, the Application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. The Application will treat your personal information with a high degree of diligence and care. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the Application will not disclose such information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. The Application may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the Application Service Use Agreement, you agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Application Service Use Agreement.
The following is a list of all user information that may be collected in connection with the JGZ Services, but it does not necessarily mean that we collect all of the information in accordance with the following scope of application, which will be triggered when and only when you use certain features and services, and will not be collected when you do not need to use certain features and services. We may collect the following information.
1.1.1 Information you provide when registering for an account at : At a minimum, we will collect information such as your account nickname, password, avatar and profile. In order to meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations for real names on the Internet, you need to provide us with information that confirms your true identity, such as your mobile phone number, which is sensitive information and we will do our best to protect your information.
1.1.2 Information you provide when you participate in activities such as questionnaires, online activities, marketing campaigns, etc.: We may collect information such as your name, occupation, mailing address, contact details, payment account number, etc. Some of this information is sensitive and if you do not provide it, you may not be able to participate properly in activities or use certain features of the Services on a regular basis, but it will not affect your access to other features of the Services. By voluntarily providing your sensitive personal information, you consent to our processing of your sensitive personal information for the purposes and in the manner described in these Terms.
In order to better understand user behaviour, help users solve problems with the JGZ service, improve JGZ and its services, and understand which parts of the JGZ service are of most interest to users, we may collect information about your use of the service, including.
1.2.1 Log information. When you use our products or services, we may automatically collect information about them and store it as service log information.
1.2.2 Device information: e.g. device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, battery, signal strength, e.g. mode, type and status of access to the network, network quality data, device accelerators (e.g. gravity sensing devices), etc.
1.2.3 Software information: such as the version number of the software, browser type, etc. We may collect information about the mobile applications and other software you use in order to ensure the security of the operating environment or as necessary to provide the Services.
1.2.4 IP address.
1.2.5 Service log information: such as your search history, information viewed, listening and viewing history, your biased web behaviour, interest preferences, service failure information, referral URLs, etc. when using our products or services.
1.2.6 Location information: We may record information about the location of your device: we may obtain your geolocation information via IP address, GPS, WiFi or base station; you can choose to stop us collecting your geolocation information by turning off the device-location feature.
2.1 The Application will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless it has your prior permission or unless such third party and the Application (including the Application's affiliates) are providing a service to you, either individually or jointly, and after that service has ended, it will be denied access to all information including that which it previously had access to.
2.2 The Application also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means without compensation. If any user of the Application engages in any of the above activities, the Application reserves the right to terminate the service agreement with that user immediately upon discovery.
2.3 For the purpose of serving users, the Application may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you information about products and services, or sharing information with the Application's partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
The application will disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, in accordance with your personal wishes or as required by law, if
3.1 Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent.
3.2 it is necessary to share your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services you have requested.
3.3 Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial bodies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or at the request of administrative or judicial bodies.
3.4 If you are required to disclose to a third party if you have violated any relevant Chinese laws or regulations or this Application Service Agreement or related rules.
3.5 if you are an eligible IPR complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose to the Respondent, at the Respondent's request, so that the parties can deal with any possible dispute over rights.
3.6 In the event that any party to a transaction created on the Application Platform fulfils or partially fulfils its obligations under the transaction and makes a request for information disclosure, the Application reserves the right to decide to provide the user with the necessary information such as the contact details of its counterparty in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of the dispute.
3.7 Other disclosures as deemed appropriate by this application in accordance with law, regulation or website policy.
The information and data collected about you by the Application will be stored on the servers of the Application and/or its affiliates and may be transferred to, accessed, stored and displayed outside of your country, region or location where the Application collects information and data.
5.1 To make your visit to our relevant websites or use of our services easier, we may identify you through small data files to save you from having to repeatedly enter your registration information or to help determine the security of your account. These data files may be cookies, Flash cookies, or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications (collectively, "cookies").
5.2 Please understand that some of our services are only available through the use of "cookies". You may modify your acceptance of cookies or refuse cookies if your browser or browser add-on service allows you to do so, but this may in some cases affect your ability to access our relevant websites and use the services offered by the Platform safely.
5.3 Web pages often contain electronic images (known as "single pixel" GIF files or "web beacons"), which are used to help websites count users who visit a page or access certain cookies. We use web beacons to collect information about your web browsing activity, such as the address of the page you visited, the address of the referring page you visited previously, the time you spent on the page, your browsing environment and display settings.
6.1 Please keep your username and password information safe and secure. The application will ensure that your information is not lost, misused or altered through security measures such as encryption of your password. Notwithstanding the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network.
6.2 When using the Application Web Services to conduct online transactions, you will inevitably have to disclose your personal information, such as contact details or postal address, to counterparties or potential counterparties. You are requested to protect your personal information and to provide it to others only if necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been compromised, in particular your user name and password, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
JGZ reserves the right to modify any of the contents of this Privacy Policy at any time, and will notify users of any changes to this Terms of Service by appropriate means. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy as amended.
